Khaled Aït Baazza born 1980 in Azilal. Coming from a Central High Atlas Berber family, I have travelled across the trails and valleys of the region since early childhood. As an adult, I have chosen to follow my passion and to share it with others through my thorough knowledge of the Atlas range, the local people, their dialect. and their customs.
My aim is to show you the wealth of natural riches the Atlas Range has to offer, as well as the wonderful people living in these valleys. I prefer to emphasize an ‘authentic’ tourism approach, respecting the Berber traditions with a genuine exchange of culture and ideas.
Be assured that the reception of the people, in contrast to the difficult natural environment in which they live, is always warm and sincere.
I am a freelancer guide qualified by the Guide of Mountains Jobs Training Center (CFAMM) in Tabant.
I have travelled mountain ranges and Moroccan deserts on foot and by 4x4. Over the years I have guided many tourists through the desert. In addition, I have worked with numerous large English and French Travel Agencies.
Thanks to this position I have developed a strong friendship with the Berber people. These bonds allow me to receive a warm welcome in the most out-of-the-way valleys.
I speak three Berber dialects, as well as English and French.
